About This Course.
This course is a comprehensive brow training course that encompasses all facets of crafting beautiful, natural-looking, long-lasting brows. It includes in-depth instruction on the art of Brow Lamination, Brow Mapping, Tinting, and Waxing; hence “All-in-One”!

It is recognized as one of Canada's premium Brow Trainings for its all-inclusive and hybrid training approach as students will undergo the online training + in-person training.
​
This course is for beginner and/or intermediate brow artists wanting to learn adopt the MJP Beauty way of brows, and/or passionate individuals who want to enter the brow industry and crave the freedom and flexibility of creating their own schedules and want to become one step closer to being their own boss.

What makes this Training different from others?
This is a comprehensive 4-in-1 training course that covers all of the important components of a Brow Lamination treatment including:
​
(1) brow lamination
(2) brow mapping & shaping
(3) brow tinting
(4) brow waxing and tweezing
​
Many courses out there rarely teach all four components or they very briefly just touch on it leaving the students with vague instructions and lacking the skillset. I believe that perfecting all of the small details of the entire treatment, is what will help you achieve the results you desire; hence this training course I've structured that's never been done before.
Where Are the Trainings Held?
Trainings will be held at the Standout Beauty Salon on 186 Provencher Blvd here in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Who Organizes the Models?
The student will have the opportunity to learn on two models to optimize training experience:

Model #1: Brow Shape, Tint and Wax model

Model #2: Brow Lamination, Shape, Tint and wax model
Students are required to find their own models for their own hands-on-practice portion of the training. Once the training deposit is received, Micah will send a training confirmation email which will include detailed information on how to find the right model candidate. This model will have to be confirmed by Micah by forwarding a picture of their natural brows.
How Does the Payment Plan work?
Once the initial deposit ($450) has been made, the student has complete control on how they choose to make small incremental payments to pay off the remaining balance under two conditions:

(1) When a payment is submitted, it must be a minimum of $300 and,
(2) The remaining balance must be fully paid one week prior to the training date.

When Will I Gain Access to the Online Modules?
Access to the online training portion of the course will be sent to the student one month prior to the in-person training date via e-mail and it is the student's responsibility to complete it prior to their training day.
On the day of the in-person training, the student will receive a physical copy of a condensed version of the entire training manual while still having access to the full, e-book version.
What Can I Expect on the Day of my Training?
Students will receive a detailed training timeline and info guide of their training day within 24 hours of enrolment. This will outline everything you need to know regarding your training with us.
How Does the Post-Implementation Call Work?
A student is entitled to one implementation call with Micah in which the student can schedule a 30-minute call with Micah after a minimum of one-month post-training.
During the call, the student can ask for feedback and deep-dive on their work, ask for business advice and create a guide/plan on their next steps to elevating their skills or business.

Note: An implementation call can only be booked within 5 months after the Student’s training day.
How Can I Enrol?
(1) Decide on the Training Date you are interested in
(2) E-mail us to secure your training date!
(3) Once we reply that it is available, you will have 24 hours to send in your $450 deposit to secure your preferred training date!
(4) Wait to receive a confirmation e-mail package which will contain all the information you will need, a Training Agreement contract, and your Invoices!
